Karissa joined the Dermacare team as a Surgical Coordinator / Sales Consultant in 2022. Her role includes assisting Dr. Rod with surgical consultations and helping patients to navigate the scheduling and financial aspect of their surgical journey. After spending two years working at Banner Hospital Karissa found that her love for the medical field resided in the aesthetic industry. With a background in the medical field, she takes pride in having extensive knowledge about each surgery that Dr. Rod has to offer. With plastic surgery being such a personal experience, Karissa enjoys building a rapport with each client as they navigate their newfound confidence.
